The spiral path is one that we walk alone, a journey unique to our soul’s growth. At times though we may require somebody to hold our hand as we navigate challenges that present along the way. Whether these are difficulties we are conscious of or there is a subtle pull within calling us to dive deeper, these sessions offer you a space to seek that guidance held within sacred space.

Within these sessions Helen offers you the time and space to work with her and her guides to intuitively feel into what you most need to receive in that present moment in time, to assist you in moving forth. Whether you come with a specific inquiry or you just wish for any guidance in the moment, Helen will be honoured to work with you.

What to expect?

Our sessions will always begin with setting of sacred space before we enter into communication and a check-in with your current situation and what you wish to dive into.

From here we will flow into casting the runes for guidance and journeying together in meditation to go deeper if required. Helen only presents you with the guidance that will serve you for the present moment in time. There will be no journeying into past lives or telling you the future. These sessions are here to bring clarity and inspired action so that you can make the desired changes to support your growth.

Oracle or tarot maybe used, alongside the healing medicine of the drum if called.

Do I need to bring any with me?

You do not need to bring anything. However, I do recommend a journal if you wish to write down any notes and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
