Held within the embrace of the Sacred Grove our Journey with the Drum sessions offer a space for you to come back home to yourself, to feel deeply connected to Mother Earth and receive profound healing from the primordial sound of the drum.

Cocooned in the light of the Ancestors and the Tree Elders, Helen will weave a sacred space for you to be nurtured and held, before coming into a beautiful drumming meditation. Afterwards there will be time to bathe in the energy and if you wish to share or receive any further guidance there will be the opportunity to do so.

What to Expect

We will open each session with the setting of sacred space before moving into some breath work and somatic release to prepare us for our meditation. We will then surrender to the gentle rhythm of the drum.

As you connect to the gentle beat you will begin to remember your connection to the Earth and know that She lives and breathes within every cell of your being.

Within this space you will receive the guidance and healing that will most serve you for that moment in time.

Afterwards you will sit in the stillness to let the energy integrate and feel the circle of light created with other dear sisters.

In this space you will cultivate a deep soulful connection to yourself and with other beautiful souls within this sacred community.

Please note that you do not need a drum to join.
